Your Worry Time Plan

This worksheet is designed to be used alongside our Worry Time psychoeducational handout to support the implementation of worry time within CBT for Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD). It helps young people develop a personalised plan for capturing worries, refocusing attention, and using scheduled worry time effectively, while encouraging reflection on the impact of the intervention.
