This resource is designed to support graded exposure treatment and is an alternative to the traditional “Exposure Ladder.”
Children can sort and stick their panic-inducing scenarios from the ‘What makes me panicky?’ worksheet, into the blank spaces provided. This template can then be used to guide their exposure activities.
