Steps on my journey (example)

This resource provides an example of an “Exposure Journey” using the case of Amber, a young monster experiencing panicky feelings in noisy and crowded places.

It is an alternative to the traditional “Exposure Ladder” providing the option for children to order and then stick their anxiety provoking scenarios into the spaces provided. The template can then be used to guide their exposure activities.
