My journey to calm (panic)
This resource encourages children to reflect on how engaging in Graded Exposure treatment could bring positive change in their lives. It uses the example of Amber, a character learning to manage their panicky feelings in crowded places.
The worksheet also outlines the keys steps involved in the process, using the analogy of going on a journey. It is designed to help therapists introduce structured, goal-oriented practices for children working to overcome panic.
