Overcoming my panic (blank)
This simplified graded exposure log is designed to support children to plan, and also reflect on, their own exposure exercises. They can describe what they are going to do, rate their panic at the start and end of the exposure activity, and write in their own words how they found the experience.
This data can then be used to review progress and plan next steps in therapy sessions.
