Transdiagnostic

Transdiagnostic approaches consider common features of mental health difficulties and suggest the use of common cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) principles for their treatment (Barlow et al, 2018).

Our resources have been designed to help you deliver generic, low intensity CBT strategies to support young people with anxiety, low mood and emotional difficulties. They include worksheets addressing helpful thinking skills and monitoring activities.
