Dealing with worries
This worksheet is designed as a quick ‘decision making’ tool and an effective reminder of the worry management techniques that children have learnt in therapy.
By following each step, children can identify the type of worry they are experiencing, decide if they can do something about it, and then take action or let it go. This process will help them manage worries more effectively and feel more in control.
