Session reflection

This resource encourages young people to reflect on their therapy sessions, providing a structured space to evaluate their experiences. It prompts clients to consider what they found helpful, what could be improved, and how they feel overall about the session.

It aims to strengthen the therapeutic alliance, ensuring that therapy remains a collaborative process where feedback is valued, and adjustments can be made to better meet the young person’s needs.
