Making my goals SMART
This worksheet guides young people through the process of setting SMART goals. It prompts clients to define their goals, identify how progress will be measured, and consider the resources and time needed to achieve them.
It is designed to support a structured approach to goal-setting, making it easier to track progress and maintain focus throughout the therapeutic journey.
