Adventure ladder (template)

This resource presents a template for an ‘adventure ladder’, designed to be used by children to complete their own graded hierarchy. This can support them to gradually confront new and unfamiliar situations that provoke anxiety, progressing from more manageable scenarios to highly challenging ones.
