Behavioural experiment (blank sheet)
This template supports young people to carry out their own behavioural experiments. It provides a simple, step-by-step framework where they can identify a thought they want to test, plan an experiment, record what happens, and reflect on what they have learnt.
The template encourages young people to rate their belief in the thought before and after the experiment, helping them see if their perspective changes.
