Understanding Anger
CBT anger worksheet for children:
This worksheet is designed to help children understand and manage their anger by exploring the connection between emotions and the body’s natural “fight, flight, freeze” response. It explains how anger, an instinctive reaction for survival, can cause physical and emotional changes such as muddled thinking, increased heart rate, and the urge to shout or act out.
It is designed to assist practitioners in the delivery of emotion-related psychoeducation.
