How Low Mood Shows Up

How Low Mood Shows Up is a visual CBT psychoeducation resource and low mood formulation worksheet that helps young people recognise how low mood can affect their thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours. Designed to encourage discussion and collaborative formulation, it supports young people in understanding their experiences using accessible language.
