Introducing Thinking Detective Skills

This psychoeducation resource introduces young people to the relationship between thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviours. It helps explain how unhelpful thoughts can influence emotions and actions, while introducing a gentle CBT “thinking detective” approach to questioning thoughts with curiosity.
