This worksheet helps young clients bridge the gap between their values and everyday activities, guiding them through identifying and planning activities that align with what matters most to them. It encourages reflection on interests, relationships, and goals, and how these can translate into practical, enjoyable activities.
This resource supports the delivery Behavioural Activation and it is designed to be used collaboratively in therapy.
