My sleep diary
This resource provides a simplified sleep diary template, enabling young people to track how long they slept, how much time it took them to fall asleep, and how rested they feel each day. By reflecting on this information, they can identify habits or factors affecting their sleep and take steps toward improvement.
It is designed to support therapists in introducing self-monitoring tools, helping young people gain valuable insights into their sleep and empowering them to make positive changes.
