Formulation & Treatment

Formulation and goal setting are core components of effective CBT practice.

Clear, collaborative formulations guide intervention planning and provide a shared understanding of what keeps problems going and how change can occur.

Clear, collaborative goals provide focus and direction in therapy, helping young people understand what they are working towards and how progress can be measured.
