What is anger?

This worksheet is designed to help children explore the deeper emotions that may lie underneath their anger.

Using the metaphor of an iceberg, it explains how visible feelings like irritability or annoyance can often mask more vulnerable emotions such as sadness, fear, or shame. Different scenarios are offered to promote reflection and consolidate learning.
