Catching your good qualities (guide)

This worksheet encourages young people to balance negative self-perceptions by actively identifying and recording their strengths and positive actions.

Designed to support clinicians, it aims to enhance homework compliance, and serves as a guide for young people to successfully complete a “Catching Your Good Qualities” thought diary.
