Recovery Journey Mapping for Anxiety (Blank Template)

This resource is designed to support graded exposure treatment and is an alternative to the traditional “Exposure Ladder.”

Young people can sort and stick their anxiety-provoking scenarios from the ‘What makes me scared?’ worksheet, into the blank spaces provided. This template can then be used to guide their exposure activities.
