This self-monitoring tool is designed to help young people identify and record their strengths and positive qualities in everyday situations.
By fostering self-awareness and positive self-reflection, the resource can help clients to develop a deeper appreciation of individual qualities, supporting the therapeutic process in enhancing self-esteem.
