Panic & Body Alarms (card sort activity)
This two page interactive resource supports psychoeducation around the physiological symptoms of panic through a structured card sort activity. Young people are invited to match common bodily sensations with evidence-informed explanations, helping to clarify how the body’s alarm system responds during anxiety.
It is designed to support therapists in fostering accurate symptom interpretation, reduce health-related fears, and facilitate collaborative discussion about the difference between discomfort and danger in the context of panic.
