Panic diary 2 (cognitive)
This Panic Diary focuses on helping young people reflect on panic episodes by identifying when symptoms occurred, what sensations they noticed, and the catastrophic thoughts they experienced. It also introduces a final step encouraging them to consider alternative responses and re-rate their beliefs, supporting the process of cognitive reappraisal. Unlike Panic Diary 1, which is designed for initial tracking and pattern recognition, this version offers an additional reflective layer — making it ideal for sessions where thought challenging or cognitive restructuring is the goal.
