Sorting out social worries: Spot the thinking cap

This resource is a practical cognitive restructuring activity designed to follow thought diary work and an introduction to thinking styles.

Young people are invited to reflect on their own social worries, write their examples directly into the empty boxes, and then cut and paste them onto the second page of the document.

The resource is designed to support personalisation, encourage active participation, and help consolidate understanding of cognitive distortions linked to social anxiety.
