Graded Exposure Log (blank)

This resource supports young people to plan and reflect on their graded exposure activities. Users can rate how panicky they think they will feel, their panic at the start and end of the exposure activity, and the length of time it took for the panic to reduce. 

This resource can be used by young people to track their between session exposure activities, and can also be used in session to guide discussions around progress.
