Therapy is ending

This resource is designed to support young people as they navigate the transition out of therapy. It offers reassurance that progress doesn’t stop when therapy ends and encourages them to use the tools they’ve developed to continue their journey.

Using relatable metaphors and a warm, supportive tone, this resource helps normalise a range of emotions and supports therapists in facilitating discussions about discharge.
