Send that cloud on its way

This resource supports children to understand how BA can shift their experience—moving from doing less and feeling low, to engaging in valued activities that foster a sense of purpose and fulfilment. It encourages clients to recognise that while it may feel challenging at first, taking small steps towards increased activity can lead to positive changes.

Therapists can use this tool as part of structured session to introduce and reinforce the principles of BA.
