This resource helps children and therapists explore how the symptoms of low mood are interconnected, creating a cycle that can perpetuate feelings of sadness and withdrawal.

It offers space for children to start considering how their low mood has affected how they spend their time. This is designed as a starting point to discussing Behavioural Activation as a treatment approach.
