Understanding emotions
This worksheet explains the purpose of emotions, like fear, and how they influence our thoughts, body sensations, and actions. It highlights why emotions can be tricky to manage and encourages individuals to recognise emotional urges without acting on them immediately.
It aims to support practitioners in the delivery of psychoeducation about emotions.
