Listing and rating compulsions
This resource supports the identification and rating of compulsions and avoidance behaviours in OCD, including both behavioural and mental rituals.
It is designed to help therapists work collaboratively with young people to map compulsions, explore patterns of avoidance, and assess associated anxiety levels — supporting assessment, formulation, and intervention planning.
