My thoughts of disaster
This resource invites young people to reflect on the automatic thoughts or images that arise during moments of panic, especially when triggered by strong physical sensations. Using a comic-style format, it provides space to capture these thoughts in a way that feels accessible and less intimidating.
It is designed to support therapists in helping young people externalise their anxious thinking, identify cognitive patterns, and begin drawing links between body sensations and scary interpretations.
