Exploring panic fears
This resource helps young people explore their unspoken fears around panic attacks using a visual ‘bottle’ metaphor. It encourages them to identify, rank, and reflect on their worst fears—and to begin unpacking what makes those fears feel so overwhelming.
It is designed to support therapists in creating a safe space for fear-based psychoeducation, helping young people externalise and make sense of their panic-related beliefs as a first step toward change.
