Sorting Practical and Hypothetical Worries

This worksheet is designed to help young people distinguish between practical and hypothetical worries.

It encourages active engagement by asking young people to cut out the pre-written worries and sort them into the two categories, supporting discussion about which worries can be problem-solved and which are better responded to in other ways.
