Supporting your clinical practice
We’re here to lighten the load and enhance your sessions with thoughtful, ready-to-use CBT resources, specifically designed for therapists who work with children and young people.
Whether you’re delivering high- or low-intensity CBT, our tools can support you every step of the way. From anxiety and low mood to panic, phobias, and beyond, our resources are crafted to help you provide therapy that’s more effective, meaningful, and stress-free.
Developed with young people
We don’t just guess what children and young people like, we ask them! By working closely with them, we aim to create materials that truly enhance their therapy experience.
Our mission is to help you help young people feel seen, understood, and supported in every way, and truly support their therapy journey.
Informed by research evidence
Our resources are informed by CBT research and CYP-IAPT principles and guidelines.
They can support practitioners to enhance their therapeutic effectiveness, maintain consistency, and achieve best possible outcomes for children and young people.

Incredible Value That Grows Every Month
Your membership gives you access to an ever-expanding library of resources, with fresh materials added monthly to ensure your value for money grows with every addition.
From worksheets, and therapist tools to ready-made presentations for whole-school interventions, we’re here to support.

Designed with clinical realities in mind
Our resources are created to support the demands of real-world therapy, whether face-to-face or remote.
Our black-and-white versions are carefully designed to minimise ink use without compromising on quality. For digital use our colour versions look great on laptops, phones and tablets.
“This is exactly what our team needs. There are other places with resources but they either not evidence-based or not really for young people. So happy with this!”
Education Mental Health Practitioner
“I liked being asked for help with the worksheets. I have changed the layout in some of them. They are easy to understand, and the colours are cool.”
