Making an activity list

Identifying meaningful activities is a key step in values-based Behavioural Activation. This worksheet provides a space for children to generate activity ideas relating to the different things that are important to them.

It is designed as a resource they can add to over time, and that they can draw upon when planning their weekly schedules.
