This worksheet provides young clients with space to reflect on and identify their core values across different areas of their life. The blank sections allow children to personalise the worksheet by a range of exploring topics.
This tool supports practitioners in their delivery of Behavioural Activation and may be used as within a therapy session or prescribed as homework.
