What makes us feel good?
This resource helps children and therapists explore the types of activities that contribute to a positive mood cycle within a framework of values-based Behavioural Activation. It also emphasises the importance of engaging in activities that offer a sense of closeness to others, achievement and enjoyment.
Therapists can use this tool to support children to identify meaningful activities.
