Planning activities
This worksheet is designed to help children in planning meaningful activities aligned with their core values, supporting behavioural activation in therapy.
It provides a space to identify specific values to focus on, select related activities, and schedule when and where these activities will take place. It also encourages them to anticipate potential obstacles and consider strategies to overcome these challenges.
