The Worry Tree (Blank Version)

This blank CBT worksheet helps children and young people work through their own worries by distinguishing between practical worries they can take action on and hypothetical worries they can learn to let go.

It is designed to support collaborative worry management by encouraging young people to generate their own ideas, coping strategies and action plans, making it ideal for use within sessions and as a between-session task.
