Responding to Practical and Hypothetical Worries (Worry Tree)
This worksheet is designed as a quick ‘decision making’ tool and an effective reminder of the worry management techniques that young people have learnt in therapy.
By following each step, young people can identify the type of worry they are experiencing, decide if they can do something about them, and take action or let them go. This process will help them manage worries more effectively and feel more in control.
