My weekly activity planner (1 page)
This resource supports young people to first plan, and then reflect on their daily activities across the week.
Users are encouraged to assess whether activities feel meaningful to them, bring a sense of achievement, a sense of connection and/or enjoyment. Additionally, they can rate their mood on a scale of 1 to 10, offering insights into how different activities influence their emotional state.
