Unhelpful strategies

This resource helps young people and therapists identify behaviours that may provide temporary relief during periods of low mood but can ultimately contribute to maintaining the problem.  

While acknowledging that engaging in these activities occasionally is natural and acceptable, the resource encourages reflection on their long-term impact.
