Feeling low? Going round and round

This resource guides young people and therapists in understanding how symptoms of low mood are interconnected, creating a cycle that can sustain feelings of sadness and withdrawal.

It introduces Behavioral Activation as a strategy to break this cycle by encouraging gradual re-engagement in meaningful activities.
