Low mood in my body

This psychoeducational worksheet addresses common physical symptoms associated with low mood, focusing on changes in appetite, sleep disturbance, fatigue, and cognitive difficulties.

It’s designed to support therapists in helping young people understand the physiological effects of low mood, and how it can create a cycle of reduced energy and well-being.
