What’s low mood like?

This worksheet outlines emotional, physical, cognitive, and behavioural symptoms of low mood within a 5 Areas formulation. It is designed to facilitate the delivery of low mood psychoeducation, and help therapists foster discussions about a child’s unique formulation.
