Therapy agreement
This tool is designed to help therapists establish a strong foundation by setting clear guidelines to keep both the therapist and young person aligned throughout the process. It highlights the importance of openness, commitment to sessions and tasks, and consistent practice of skills.
By defining these expectations upfront, the agreement fosters a respectful and supportive environment that encourages young people to fully engage.
