Some activity ideas
This resource provides examples of activities that relate to different values. It aims to help young people by not only providing some specific activity ideas, but also by providing a range of examples showing how values can be translated into meaningful activities.
It’s designed to complement the Behavioural Activation process, helping clients find ways to engage in activities that align with their values and enhance their well-being.
