Reward yourself

This resource helps young people identify small, meaningful rewards that can help keep them motivated as they work towards their goals in therapy when engaging in Behavioural Activation. It offers a structured space for clients to list their favourite meals, snacks, songs, places, films, people, and relaxing activities.

These can serve as simple incentives for achieving milestones or sticking to their activity plan.
