How generalised anxiety shows up

This resource outlines the key thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviours commonly associated with social anxiety, using a clear and accessible CBT framework. It is designed to support therapists in introducing and enriching formulation work, including the Four Areas model, and to facilitate collaborative discussions that help young people recognise and organise their own experiences of social anxiety.
