Rest and replenish

This resource helps young people understand the bidirectional relationship between low mood, sleep, and eating habits. It highlights how poor sleep and irregular eating can contribute to feeling low, while feeling down can in turn, disrupt sleep patterns and appetite. It also emphasises the positive impact of good sleep and balanced meals on mood, illustrating how these healthy habits can support progress in Behavioural Activation.
